1.Returns and Refunds

1.0 No returns for incorrect size selection. Because all items are manufactured to order based on the size specified by you at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds where an item has been produced correctly to the size and specification you selected, but does not fit as expected or was ordered in the wrong size.

1.2 We encourage you to carefully review our sizing guide and measurements before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us at caninecontrolledchaos@gmail.com prior to ordering, and we will do our best to assist you.

1.3 This returns policy applies to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law. It does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or mis-described goods, as set out in Section 3.

2. Cancellation Rights

2.0 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (or equivalent applicable legislation in your jurisdiction), the standard right to cancel an order within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised, as is the case with all products sold on this Site.

2.2 Once your purchase has been completed it will join an automatic manufacturing que. Cancellation is therefore not possible.
