Ordering your RuffLand kennel and accessories couldn't be easier. Simply email us your order at caninebarkitecture@gmail.com. Once received, we'll process your order and send you a order confirmation

Kennel Sizes

Ruffland kennels are available in a range of sizes to suit every dog, from compact Mini crates ideal for small breeds and travel, through to the spacious Titan model designed for large and giant breeds. Each size is engineered with a sturdy raised floor and generous interior clearance to ensure comfort and proper ventilation, while our dedicated Airline range meets carrier requirements for safe, compliant air travel. Full exterior, interior, and weight specifications for each model are included in the table below.

Completing Your Order

We have partnered with PayPal to offer flexible financing, allowing approved customers to split their purchase cost over time. Please note that all credit checks and approvals are handled directly by PayPal. Barkitecture has no influence over approval decisions. Please note that full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order. Once purchased the order total is non-refundable should you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Shipping

All RuffLand Kennels are custom made to order in the USA, our order fulfilment process operates on a batch schedule. Customer orders are finalized once we reach sufficient demand, typically at the end of each month. On occasion this window may extend slightly. Once processed, the current lead time for production and delivery to the UK is approximately 3.5 to 4 months. This timeframe covers the manufacturing by RuffLand as well as international transit. This estimate does not account for potential unforeseen delays beyond our control, such as global conflicts or natural hazards or extreme weather events. We are committed to providing the best possible customer service and will keeping you fully updated on your order’s progress every step of the way.

Please note that shipping costs are calculated per item to cover international transit from the US directly to your door - a journey of over 4,000 miles. Shipping is charged at £80 for each kennel and £20 for each accessory when ordered together. Individual accessory orders, in isolation, will be subject to a individual shipping fee that will be confirmed prior to invoicing. Please note that for orders containing multiple items, we will always do our very best to consolidate shipping and provide you with the most cost effective shipping rate possible.

Refunds

Please note that all products are made to order and as such we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes. We strongly encourage all customers to measure carefully before placing there order. To help you choose the best fit, RuffLand offers an interactive size guide on their website to assist with measuring your dog accurately and select the most appropriate size.

Available Colours

All colors listed on the official RuffLand Website are available to purchase through our store. Some models are awaiting updated product imagery. Consequently we do not have the full range of product photos. We will update these products as they become available to us. There is an additional cost for non-standard colours of £20. Standard Colours consist of Millstone, Malibu, Olive Drab, and Whitestone.
